Jen Serafini is a graphic designer and art director living in the windy city

Specializing in branding, packaging, art direction & web design

Jen was born and raised in New Jersey, but has found her home here in Chicago for the past 11 years. She currently works as a VP Design Director at Edelman, previously at the Leo Burnett Department of Design.

Jen went to Syracuse University where she studied communications design. She’s applied her skills to a wide range of experiences, working in advertising at TracyLocke and Leo Burnett, as well as in-house for Graduate Hotels, Uptake and Pinch Provisions. She also went off on her own for several years to help build brands and create experiences for small businesses near and far. Notable clients include Gatorade, ALDI, Dick's Sporting Goods, Pepsi, Tropicana, Whole30, American Heart Association, and Delta. Jen is a Type Director’s Club winner and her work has been featured in many digital publications, including For Print Only and The Dieline.

When she’s not designing, you can find her making pizza with her family, eating sour candy, traveling, and endlessly searching for the perfect NYC bagel out in the midwest.
